We were asked by a well known estate and land agent, who we have built a close working relationship in the past few years, to replace the roof to an industrial unit in Moreton in Marsh.
The unit comprised of perished roofing sheets, which had to be removed and disposed of in accordance with local council guidelines and be replaced with ‘Kingspan KS1000RW’ insulated roof panels with a 40mm insulated core which has a ‘Green guide’ A+ rating (as per the BRE global green guide 2008) including all barge and ridge flashings.
